Data is so important that there's entire companies making billions just off of that!

You might be able to find it for the city or area...but even those studies usually cost money and are more for apartment complex investors since the amount of money invested is so much higher. 

Video quality on phones is so good nowadays that it will catch everything. 

Preparation with your accountant and QI is so very important to generate the best outcome for you.

The exact treatment depends on the specifics of your partnership agreement and how the sponsor reported things, which is why reconstructing your basis is so important.Bottom line: you’re not stuck forever just because the sponsor isn’t cooperating.

Competition is stiff, which is why getting access to off-market deals is so critical.
