We have professional photos, dynamic pricing, an optimized listing, I have 32 reviews (all 5 stars), I'm in the top 5% of homes according to Airbnb,  etc. etc.

They have 4.8 stars out of almost 1000 reviews, and the BBB gives them an A+ rating but they require 4 to 6 thousand dollars up front to work with them.

No one will care about star wars rooms if the host is MIA when the guest can't get the Internet working or the AC goes out and it takes 3 days for the tech to show up to fix it (in Ryan's case he's obviously mastered both as you can see from his pics and his reviews).4.

My star review on Land Academy is -10 stars.   

Then we check in on the guests after they have arrived to make sure everything is good with the house.We always get a 5 star review. 

In other words those 7 companies will go from shining stars to commodity companies in a decade.  

One of their so called instructors from one of the training sessions asks the students to go to the five star hotels, or go play golf, or go horse riding, or go hang out at the high end night clubs for the sake of fund raising.

@Elton John - I'd go to Star Hardware in Hartford and ask them who buys a lot of windows from them and see if they can give you a phone number.  

I wouldn’t leave a 5-star review here.

(I'm thinking of an A-frame client of mine who had a star-gazing dome so the last part made sense.)The clients who do all this are usually outperforming their competition by 20-30% in gross revenues.
