You should be able to install them pretty easily as long as you have proper access to a water/gas line/electric meter that can take the extra power for the dryer/washer.Should be paying about $1-$1.5k retail for each addition, 94 units, I'd be looking at $600-$750 each.

The shortest version is most of those guys are trying to get land at 1/5 of the retail value, close on it with their own or someone else's money, and then put on the MLS for 2/3 or so of the retail value so that is sells quick (assigning a contract can be difficult, because for many pieces of land, finding a buyer is hard without putting it on the market).
