Also, which features do you find essential for the five-unit mark and beyond such as cash flow tracking, automated expense categorization, KPI’s, etc.?

Most payments are automated, but Quickbooks only has so much automation. 

Some residential homes on the market have existing permits, and existing permits can be transferred, but again, you have to check with the city. 

It takes time to teach people to do scripted work (you would be better off with AI and automation), that comes across often as scripted and ends up taking more time that if it was just done right the first time.  2.  

I don't personally have contractors pull permits anymore.
