From what I’ve seen (and experienced), the biggest pain points for investors when it comes to funding tend to be around:Speed: Waiting on underwriting or appraisals can kill deals in competitive markets.

Unless you had a good candidate or two you want to call back who were interested but the coin laundry was a big deal. 

If personal property is in the unit then it's 10 days + certified notice + 5 days and I can retake the unit (such as the case I described above) but then there is the matter of storing the tenant's stuff which is a pain.
