It is going to be roller-coaster of fun for sure.

Most certainly you can thrive in roller coaster if you are well informed and can make the right decision as to when you should buy and when you should sell your RE, just like any other commodity on the market.   

One of the hardest part of the MTR strategy is dealing with the emotional roller coaster that exists when a listing is about to open up again. 

Rather than trading depreciating paper for a digital paper that produces a roller coaster of emotions, I'd rather trade it for REAL income-producing assets that appreciate over time and give me more paper.

As I like to say, you all can go on the roller coasters while you will find me in the lazy river.
