How do you find ( or CREATE) your deals? 

Smh I know when people search through filters I’ll probably lose half my audience based on not having w/d.

There are still plenty of deals out there, you just need to know where to look and how to get in front of them first.One of the best ways to find deals is by working with wholesalers.

If you know the details of the local market the deals are still there and in recent cases with us, we wonder how they were overlooked. 

I do use property managers for all of them — I know myself well enough to know I wouldn’t have the portfolio I do today if I was also dealing with every tenant call and repair personally.
