The bureaucrats are (1) trying to stay relevant in a world where their relevancy is tangible at best and (2) trying to fulfill some 1932 New Deal quasi socialist view of the world.  

As an agent, I can see many people willing to "panic sell" which only creates self-fulfilling prophecy.

Also keep mind Guru's are only as good as the Utah fulfillment company they hire to market them and run the back end..And really good fulfillment companies ( they manage all sorts of trade shows and different speakers on tours) These guys make Bank the ones that own those companies  I mean BIG MONEY

A huge part of living a fulfilled and happy life, I believe is severely turning away from what the establishment wants for the general public which is: to be sick, divided and entertained/ distracted.

Those areas sprial down creating a self fulfilling profacy.         

.- There is a lot more homework to do to ensure that the property will fulfill all of the needs you are looking for.- San Diego specifically has very low inventory on raw land, and many owners aren't realistic about their current value.The question that I ask, is what is your reason for purchasing land?

It's up to you to find a contractor who is willing to fulfill the rehab part of the process.

They have a contractual right to go through with the sale if the other party of the contract (being us) has fulfilled their obligations. 

If i do get help i will gladly post here like i posted my bad experience.After all, which construction company received the money and is not fulfilling the contract?
