If so, and I imagine this is the case, then the family is going to need time to lay the deceased to rest and get the belongings out while grieving.  

I can’t honestly believe this many people are on board with screwing a family friend’s grieving family.

I do not think this is a very good price for how poorly I think it will look afterwards.3) I think part of my post was grieving against the PM company as well. 

However, If I was the estate manager, a grieving family member, and felt that you were disrespectful with your eagerness to capitalize on the death of my loved one, I may be wanting to sell to anyone OTHER than you!

I feel confident about it considering it’s right next door to where I grew up and me and her do know each other and have for years and can get a ton of help from my parents talking to her as well and seeing where she’s at in the grieving process.

By the time the estate goes to Probate court, the family has had their time to grieve.

Each persons grieving is their own timeframe and should be respected.Have you contacted the person to let them know you are not interested and to cease contacting you?
