If I get to Airbnb mode I'll decorate the interior of the fireplace with candles.

We've been burning the candle at both ends to get the unit we just moved out of ready to lease, and if I lose these awesome tenants because of a rental increase at this particular moment in time, it will be the last straw that sends me over the edge.

The dynamic makes for a unique RE market where you can have a million dollar vacation home next door to a hippie commune.

I'll see if I can round up some local recommendations for a mortgage broker and see what they have to say.Its not as rural around here as it used to be - its all subdivisions and commercial development everywhere ... though the traffic still doesn't hold a candle to the traffic in DC :)Thanks,Amy

Everything was different and people were hippies.

This one is going to vape/smoke/burn candles in your unit/property anyway.This is why you send a copy of the application and tenant criteria prior to doing background searches, let alone signing lease agreements.

There were candles and a small lamp on to aid in navigation but it was really weird .there were occult crafts and paIntIngs everywhere .when I met her It was apparent She was a wItch!
