Outside temperature is 95 or even 100, wants to set inside thermostat to 62, causes handler to work 24/7 non stop and eventually coil freezes, calls to complaint, explained that we are in Florida and there is a limit to how much cooling one can expect.

Kitchen cabinet handles were placed upside down, cabinet doors were installed backwards, electrical line for thermostat was ran on the inside of the bedroom exposed, trash swept into newly installs vents from the furnace, cracked tub, wall switches were installed sideways in some rooms, wall outlets were installed upside down on some walls, list goes on.

GIS is only as good as the info the data programmers are given, and as someone who worked with GIS parcel data for years it is regularly wrong and in any case not a suitable substitute for an actual survey, as boundaries are only accurate to a certain foot level anyway and can be misconstrued depending on the coordinate planes that were used to map it.

Verbally abusive, demanding things from me that aren't my responsibility (demanding that I fix his suite door because he forgot his keys and kicked in the door rather than calling me, demanding that I drop everything to personally come and adjust the thermostat because he's cold, when the thermostat is always set the same and never changes, etc), being nuisance to the upstairs tenant, falsely claiming things I've done, removing wired in smoke detectors, doing illegal drugs on the property.
