I had to go in every two weeks to change the filter now that air is moving non stop.Fast forward a few months of quiet time, there is a main line drain blockage that happened on a Tuesday evening. 

This is a slow process but in that scenerio it gives you experience and a solid foundation to start.

The initial deposit from each tenant is a little slow to arrive (3-5 days) but after that it's in your account in 1-2 days which is helpful.
