There's significant drywall damage in one bathroom (along with water stains under the exposed sink).

Its typically cheaper than going with new painted cabinets but a little more expensive than doing just a traditional stained oak door.

However, all towels and linens are muddy and stained.

My cleaners recommended dark colors vs white because they do hide stains a little longer. 

Then an all white since kept stained/sealed wood finish for doors & trim - since I only needed less than another 5 gallon.

Handyman was there today doing some other things, he doesn't think it is water from up unit because no visible water stains etc.

I was newer then and she mentioned her mother had just died so I ended up not charging her at all but was able to reply to her review with a simple "guest left out poop stains on the carpet, etc. but we wish them well" reply.If you allow pets, I highly recommend verifying their number (or absence) in your booking process (before guests arrive) and making clear (in either your House Rules, Guidebook, etc.) what the expectations for dog guests are.

You could get couch covers in case someone stains, damages or messes up the couch, you can just get a new cover not a new couch.

From underneath, you can see water stains and rust forming around the drain area. 

Bottom line its a stain on the industry and not good at all..
