Most people would have taken the hammer to it, meaning a low ball offer for 100% ownership.

I've had multiple calls from investors looking to buy, though I expect some low-balling. 

The batteries in my crystal ball are running low and I can not predict what will happen, I am just reporting what I am seeing.
