Mutiple bidders on certian homes.I also found out that properties were going 85-90% of final list price for short sales and a few REO's.I made about 20 offers recently that were 60% of value on properties and of they were turned back or not even countered.It is sort and sift.

Unfortunately, I do not have the time or energy to try to sift through the undervalued properties there versus the ones that are actually worth nothing.The rent yields do sound exciting at first glance but I am not sure if the rents are going to be stable or continue to decline.

The built in marketing campaigns intrigued me the most as I wouldn't need to pay for a 3rd party software/system  and zapier with Rei Sift and being that I currently only use SMS, email and cold calling, Invelo would allow me to add mailing and RVM to my arsenal .

Yep, BMO (aka Handyman's Candy Store) has some good pieces but you must sift through it all and if you need to put a whole kitchen together you may not be able to put together enough matching cabinets for the entire kitchen or matching bathroom cabinets, etc.
