Small celebration here, I closed last Friday on another one (ownership in 6 now) for $12,500 for a 1 bed 1 bath that I can turn to a 2 bed 1 bath.

I’d also look into seeing if it can used for local events such as a food festival, cultural festival, holiday celebrations, etc.

For example, the Birmingham Barons $64 Million Dollar state of the art baseball stadium called Regions Field,  located on 1st Street in downtown celebrated its grand opening on April 10, 2013.
