That'll make it easier on BP to find what people are asking about the most, it'll answer the more popular questions faster, and allow the community to really make a difference and be free employment for BP (finding the interesting topics and voting).I believe Reddit's "front page" refreshes to the most votes in the last 24 hours, every midnight or so.

Refreshing to hear from a licensed agent  I agree a hybrid wholesale model where the good faith portion of a purchase contract isn't a lie should be the goal.

The current tenants are pretty gross and don't take very good care of the place, but since its cash flowing well we were planning to keep them on for a few months then look to refresh in the spring and find new tenants.

I did also ask if she was getting unemployment or any type of government assistance and that I could try to help her look into it if needed, but no response.I’m very confident about finding better tenants, but the caveat is that it would need a MAJOR refresh and I was hoping to not have to put all that money in right away.
