If you do not want to professionally stage it, virtual staging is a good cost effective way as well.

For apartment buildings we Google for the phone - sometimes have to use Google Streetview to virtually see outside sign with complex name & phone.- many applicants claim they are living with a relative to hide they are in the process of being evicted by actual current landlord.

Now I use Baselane, which gives me the best of both worlds: I can have one main account with separate “buckets” or virtual accounts for each property.
