Request  upfront a fee to clean air ducts of fur, deep cleaning of carpets and floors, etc so that you house returns to an animal free home that can again be rented to those with allergies to pets upon their leaving.

Even good pets have fur, dirt on their feet, scratch to get in, vomit, etc.I've had similar requests, and here's what I did:  I gave a 24 month lease that locked in the price.

Its fur stands up straight and it attacks and bites.They are required to have insurance to cover the dog and to put it in a kennel or closed off room when someone comes to repair things.

Yes, this means that if the dog is in the backyard, they need to be in the backyard and have their dog on a leash so others are not 'shocked and awed' by their fur baby.
