The owner/seller sent and unconditional quit notice on January 12 giving January 22 as the final date before filing eviction papers with the court.The bank is pressuring to close.

Remember, you do not need to apologise to them for accepting their unconditional freebie; that was THEIR choice.

No joke....the bank I work for made a change to credit policy several years ago after the latest downturn to no longer, unconditionally, without exception, no longer underwrite loans for single family - (defined as quadplex or less) that are not owner occupied for the life of the loan.  

Big contradiction:The Ellis Act is a law in the U.S. state of California which says that landlords have the unconditional right to evict tenants to “go out of business.”To then begin afresh with AirBnb is only changing the business model, not to cease business altogether.

The last sentence of Statute 475.43 says that it does not apply to unconditional contracts to purchase.
