@Nathan G. yeah, this is tough for the owners even with 1-2 rentals due to those people most likely working full time jobs now needing to juggle being at the house to get the inspections done (both the professional landlord and the weekend warrior landlord loses).The cities need to always figure out how to increase their income due to them not selling a product or service to people like a business does.
