It becomes easier then since all the weekend warriors disappear.

There are keyboard/social justice warriors everywhere...most (if not all) knew exactly what you were meaning to say.

If people wanted that they could just go to Facebook to get beat up by the keyboard warriors.   

(Asking for education, not to be an annoying keyboard warrior).

Most of my donations go to my church, pregnancy resource center, YoungLife, Compassion International, Tebow Foundation, and then some non-religious organizations like Downrange Warriors, local sports or 4H, etc. 

Too, what is it worth to be at home with your family, friends, and community each night vs. a "road warrior" investors travel the country and missing out on the joys and triumph in your home town? 

Often anyone who fails to pay their taxes has also failed to pay other people in a way that results in property liens.Physical security can be a concern as losing a house is often an emotional affair, and some auction investors have had to face assault by the previous owner during attempts at due diligence at the property site.One notorious investor I'm aware of quotes Sun Tzu with "Victorious warriors win first, and then go to war, while defeated warriors go to war first and then seek to win." 

The barrier to entry (or lack there of), the flood of weekend seminar warriors all saying the same thing, and the fact that a seller could list there house on the market and get above asking price in less than a week, all spell out the death of traditional wholesaling.Unless you have the money to give it system, processes and a team you could be the next sob story on YouTube about how some guru swindled you out of your money.
