If you look in fields like Chemical/Computer/Petroleum/Civil/other Engineering, I think those people are much more successful at finding jobs, because we need those people more than ever.

BTW, if they are dirt bags, criminals or cookin up a new batch of chemicals, they won't ever open the door.

Mine is a 3 level system I developed that involves:1) starting out with cash, or a "cash like substance", as your seed money in Level 1...and never spending it.  

People with little substance trying to impress with lots of lingo and charts and graphs.

Yes, most agents are salesy people with more charisma than substance, but YOU can be one of the great ones by learning the business very well and then the clients will come.

I do feel bad when I see a family struggling to make rent though, as that financial strain often manifests itself in substance abuse and violence, which is terrible to witness.
