Get a plan started now.Your contractor may be a good tradesman and may know how systems function but he's probably not a logistics expert.

Certain areas will just be a better fit logistically based on your financial situation, your available time, your experience, whether you're a people person or a numbers person etc.

I am more interested in the content and that the event is a success for the bigger pockets team.Putting on a quality event "on the road" significantly complicates the logistics and the risk for event owner/organizers.
