I don't understand why he wasn't arrested for trespassing.

"I'm just learning" isn't an excuse for breaking the law and if you were arrested for a crime it certainly wouldn't be a defense that helped you at all.

In the state of IN if any domestic abuse happens in front of children both parents get arrested and charged.

Or like what happened to some of my borrowers the PM just collect about 3 months worth of rent and fled with 250k  only to be arrested down the road and go to prison. 

btw - I am sending a letter out today to a house who's owners were arrested and facing both jail time and some serious legal fees.

I google their name and check arrest records, etc., before committing to a showing.

One time I was looking@some properties ( you know driving for dollars) and there was this house that looked very nice just really abandoned it had trash all over grass was long etc.. so I got off my truck looked around went up to the windows and peeked in  the house (hahaha) you won't believe what I saw ..There was a t.v set up on the wall and it was on lol...I ran out of there so fast I was so embarrassed because I was just peeking through someone's window and you can get arrested for that lol..

I wake up today to a text from a friend with a photo of a man arrested by the Marshall's with my rentals address in the story.

I called the police and with my PM we filed a report.Police said it was better NOT to arrest them right now as there was more time before the eviction would occur and you didn't want them getting out of jail and getting mad and trashing the place.
