(My best guess is these are all Mexicans working at local farms and the local slaughterhouse and when family comes up from Mexico they advise renting in this smaller complex which would be great for us).  

I'm in Arizona but I do have a vacation rental in Mexico (not on VRBO) that is rented out through our website.

I work on an oil tanker in the Gulf of Mexico for half the year.

Due to the recent hurricane in PC and east of here (Mexico Beach, etc.), condos on PCB have been fully occupied, whether with vacationers or contractors in the area to do work. 

I have yet to speak with them however, because I work in the Gulf of Mexico in the oil and gas industry.  

Within the next 1-2 years my wife and I will be selling a 4-unit long term rental building in Wash D.C. and investing the proceeds in a Mexico vacation rental (eventually retire there).
