Yes there are people who have scaled up very quickly but ask I will venture to say that none of them said that it was easy work to scale that quickly.My lesson is that quality does beat quantity over time.

Quality > Quantity is the key hereI know guys with lots of doors who bought subpar stuff and they generally pay for it one way or the other (bad tenants, losing money on liquidations etc) because, more often than not, emotion (As Jon Kelly said, fame of a 1000 doors > 20 doors) gets in the wayBeing well capitalized (partners, LOCs etc) is great but what's even better is when you buy a deal with solid financials and fairly low, well-measured risk going into it

Nope..... the credit they receive rarely meets the quality or quantity of work they perform.IF you have someone you truly feel is qualified to do the work, then hire them to do the specific work..... that $$ is TOTALLY separate from the rentGuy mows lawn for a living...ok....what do you charge per house?......
