Not saying you have to figure out the complete framework of another structure up front (that would be premature) - but would be good to think about whether or not this LLC is designed to cover one building, period, and anything else would be a separate conversation, or whether it's designed to expand.Good luck and keep us posted!

As far as the damage is concerned, it's not so much that it's dirty and the fins are bent (which personally would drive me nuts if it were my" new" AC unit), but if the unit were to fail prematurely or require service, no matter what or when, it will be your fault.

That would unnecessarily gum up the works in consumer transactions.If you wanted confidentiality, you should have instructed the appraiser of that before he/she took the job.
