The residents were thrilled with the transformation of this property that they call home.

Five years of hitting the snooze bar six times every morning to get out of bed doesn't exactly thrill me, but I will be so better off later if I stick with it for now.If you can't take it another day, you can do what I did and that's give yourself a year to "find yourself" or whatever you want to call it like when I did real estate sales full time, maybe you can also get a W2 9-5 job as an assistant for a successful broker, i.e. scheduling showings, listings, escrows, etc. 

Suffice it to say my painter is thrilled about all the work.  

Toying with it now, been using Cozy.. but not thrilled with lack of expesense and other things.Setup one main corp, in Wave (our holding corp) and have setup a reoccuring invoice, to a customer (tenet) of the property.

So I haven't attempted it on my own yet.I've been less than thrilled with the customer service after the few initial calls.

The numbers worked out on some of them just okay, but I wasn't thrilled with anything.

I love the thrill of a sale, and handling clerical tasks in an efficient manner.

I used to work 4-5 months to make that kind of money after expenses doing construction.Wholesaling Real Estate has turned my life around, I live for the thrill of closing on a fixer house & helping the seller with much needed cash and getting the buyer a property he can rehab and make a living and me, making a good chunk of change in the middle.I tell everybody I come across about how they can make a ton of money doing this, but nobody listens or don't believe it.

So our first property is with the PM and I am not thrilled with the description his team came up with.

The floor looks really good, and I'm thrilled that its 100% waterproof.I don't have any negative feedback to date, but will keep this thread updated if I identify and signs of accelerated wear.
