if you appealed to an elderly tenant if could be a viable proposition.If anyone has ever had aging parents who insist on living alone a housekeeper/maid would be a great idea.A couple of Gay friends of ours did just that with their respective active mothers who were already good friends.

When you are deviating from the set agreements in place, you can be accused of offering favortism because someone is.....white/black/green/orange/married/gay/etc...in going forward, my advice is to get your tenants on a higher late fee schedule to make it very painful to pay the rent late.

Here in sweden, we have different typecodes for example, a residential house is "small house" and get something around 200 and u get to detuct 2% each year of the buildings value of what you paid for it meanwhile a rental property have a typecode around 300 and u get 3% each year instead of 2% to deduct-----> Question 1: Can i buy a house and make the bank/irs look at my property as a rental property instead of "small house" ?
