The more you learn, the more you'll realize that having an abundance mindset will be of more benefit than having a scarcity mindset.

Think abundance versus scarcity, think and grow rich book, etc. 

It's unlikely she would be suffering so quickly unless the mold spores were abundant and exposed.

And areas with abundant low priced homes are prime areas .. those in much higher priced areas will find wholesaling to be somewhat more difficult.. not that some don't make a good run at it.. but you need a lot of money up front for marketing if your going to make any meaningful amount of money. 

Do you believe in scarcity or abundance?

I'm wondering if  an abundance of equity in two properties [SFR and 200 acres in Northern California [land is free and clear, home is easily 150-200k equity], might be something to put on the loan table.

I live in NJ where we do have abundant below freezing days. 

Just have an abundance mindset and don't get discouraged throughout the process and one will fall in your lap eventually.
