You should consider writing a check to others if you have so much abundance I find one of the best ways to grow my business is actually making sure that the people who I work with also get paid well. 

Time isn't exactly the most abundant resource I have right now.

If it was entry level home there would be an abundance of buyers but higher end homes I would recommend an agent.
