Gouging wholesale needs to stop

An assignment fee if $10k is reasonable but asking for $40k or more is obscene and makes it virtually impossible for flippers to make money. This type of silliness needs to stop

James the last post I saw of yours you were talking about paying a buyer's agent 1% on a $160k sale (basically less than their overhead/ cost of doing business meaning they would be paying to handle your transaction for you, which is basically getting in the way of your own sale). Now wholesalers make too much in your opinion. You seem to have a scarcity mindset?

 I think you might benefit from shifting your focus from what others have to what you have. Try to find things to be grateful for every day. Look for opportunities where you can succeed, and don't worry so much about what others are making. There is plenty to go around. Approaching life from a place of abundance can help you see opportunities that you're missing right now by spending all of this time focusing on what others are making.
