I've been reading BiggerPockets for awhile and gleaning some useful information, and decided it was time to get more involved.

For example, Facebook will glean every detail they can about you based on what you post (not only on FB but any where they can identify you) so that they can sell your information to advertisers. 

I'd encourage you to do a search for the topic here on BP because there's a lot of information you can glean.

New member, but greatly thankful for all the helpful information I've gleaned in the forums so far.I'm looking to get into LTR (SFH, MFH) in my local area, but prices are too inflated right now to cash flow well enough. 

If those numbers look good, then you can make another post to glean more advice.
