I’m a video editor by day - working primarily in advertising & marketing, with some dabbling in TV promos and movie trailers.

They could use an agent to rent it out and whatever commission they choose could be offered.Reminds me a little of the Movie "99 homes"  if you have not seen it check it out.. pretty good flick for us real estate junkies and if you wanted to see the other side of things during the GFC and the robo signing crap.

Are they renting it out to porn producers and college party animals?

I should've kept buying real estate instead of hustling my way into movies, but it worked out and I'm coming full circle.
