My main business currently is a printing company that specializes in screen printing, embroidery, vinyl sticker/decals, and anything marketing regarding small businesses, churches, etc. but want to switch over to real estate investing full time.

I did a good job attending things like church, Rotary Clubs, REIAs, FI clubs, etc.

I love unique stuff with character - storefronts, churches, etc.  

We turned an abandoned church next door into a duplex as well, bought it for about 30k put about 20k into it and rented the units at 695 each.

Back then, a local church asked me to help a family out and they ended up robbing the house.  

Anyways, if I come across a cave, a church or a train station that looks like a good potential vacation rental, I'll be sure to give you call.

I've seen some awesome looking commercial buildings in Kingsport (near Church Circle) for sale.
