Coos Bay in particular was primarily a timber town and has had some difficult economic periods since it's hey day, but the downtown has grown up, there's yoga, a farmer's market and even a new Starbucks (which by the way you buy the brand new building they lease from!)

offer the lawn area to be utilized for someone that does goat yoga.....seems to be a new craze....together with having several other str units like yurts or rvs...the goats would mowe the grass and would be another attraction for people staying there.I love win.win

It is a common practise in NY to auction properties on the steps and list it on MLS (Owner as  "Contract Vendee") and flip it for a fee.
