Comcast cable charges everyone a sports fee so they don't have to charge extra for the sports package and I hate football, baseball, basketball and don't ever watch them.

@Scott LennonAs far as the stock market goes, some stocks have done great because of COVID and others stocks have done bad but in general the stock market has done great with a V or Nike check mark symbol recovery chart.

Landlords typically dont pay for Electric/Gas/internet/phone/cable TV/oil, so why water?

We don't have satellite or cable and have the cheapest phone plan on the market. 

Out of this was born satellite radio with no commercials but a monthly fee, same as cable television.

I am thinking about how technologies have severely disrupted industries like the recording industry, cable TV, auto sales, taxi/limo services, food ordering and delivery, investing, etc.

But my tenants are pipefitters (they can change a hot water tank), boilermakers (can change a hot water tank with their eyes closed), electricians (can replace a fuse box with a breaker box), electrical crews (can wire a 2 story house for cable tv), scaffold builders (can trim a tree with a pole saw), welders (can replace the factory exhaust with a custom stainless steel exhaust on a riding mower), construction foreman (can add a bathroom counter and vanity).

At least she is trying to better herself verses the lazy good for nothings who have 5 kids and sit home all day watching cable on their flat screens.

Cable boxes or cell towers outside you obviously can't fix, but  it could show a possible  non-paranormal source of the situation which might put the tenant  at ease. 

What is happening here for some companies is no where near a v shape recovery potential.
