Is it OK to smoke medicinal marijuana outside the unit?

If people can't work they can't pay for things like rent, food, medicine, and other basic staples of life. 

how long till we get medicine to fight for it?

What type of medicine do you practice?

Unless you plan to get a degree in medicine, law, engineering or some other "professional" degree it's my opinion that college is as much, if not more, about the experience then the actual physical degree.
