We use a local agency to manage short and long term rental of our place and while they charge a hefty percentage we don't have to coordinating cleanings between same-day checkin/checkout guests or questions on how to work the cable, etc... from hours away.At least where we are vacation home prices are up due to Covid and the desire to have an escape spot.
