Here’s a little story about my negotiation as a tenant: There was a time when I lived in Jersey, and went through surgery, chemo and radiation.

Then start doing some cosmetic surgery. 

Most of the Keurig coffees taste very similar, which isn't very good, and I hate the cost and waste of plastic.

I did sign up, pay for mentorship, But I haven't started it yet, due to unexpected minor surgery.

Kitty had an emergency surgery yesterday so we aren't in a position to leave him with sitters. 

Can you foot the bill when starflight airlifts your barely alive body and transports it to a hospital for a major surgery.

Not to mention the girl that showed up with here mom (very late) but they refused to get out of the car because they didn't like the area… Guess they didn't like the neighbors kids jumping into the pool with plastic chairs unsupervised?

IMHO, one should allow your wounds to heal before performing surgery on others. :) I found other examples in Ohio as well.The best thing to take from any REIA group, is find out what the investors did that, did not work.

I'm looking to start wholesaling properties to build my seed capital as I want to start doing fix and flips eventually.I've been unable to attend any local clubs as I've had foot surgery recently and am unable to walk or drive for a while.
