this is why contractors run screaming when they hear the word "investor" I mean who would want to put up with being nickel and dimed on everything and being "negotiated with" right out of the gate?  

Yet, people buy the fear, lap it up and run up and down the road of the internet screaming "THE END IS NEAR, THE END IS NEAR!!!!!". 

People have bought at auction thinking they got a screaming deal only to find out they bought a 2nd and there is a huge mortgage underneath which means no equity.

That is likely why this disaster loan has the element of being eligible for landlords.The SBA is not screaming from the rooftops to have landlords apply to this.
