That's really helpful to hear @Mike Dymski @Michael Smythe, I'm in a similar boat as a few of you (fewer units, but thinking about scaling self-management)If you do happen to check out DoorLoop/Buildium/Hemlane or those other tools (Innago, RentRedi, Stessa, Avail, Apartments.com, TenantCloud, TurboTenant, Buildium) is some combination sufficient and decently affordable or is there anything that feels too heavy, costly or missing?

@Brian Turner - It is not uncommon that existing tenants who are well below market rent may be suffering in silence because they know the rent is low and they don't want to risk rocking-the-boat and thereby triggering a rent increase by complaining to the original owner.

Cant tell you how many I have sat down with when I used to do this in person and say a 300k home with a 275k mortgage and in the drive way was a 60k SUV a 30k Honda and of course a motor home or boat as well.
