On that note, I was looking at Haus me homes which builds self-sustaining homes.

However, Indy may have some sort of class or something (the HA used to do that here but did away with it due to COVID).  

Was their a podcast about them?  They are not a bank, but do cash out re fi 's for a piece of the equity in your home.  Has anyone around BP tried this or familar with their model?Thanks

For unsolicited input on a location, I'm a big fan of Come Back Inn/Essen Haus as they have tons of parking (free), better pricing than the square, and is generally dead during the week thus has plenty of space/tables.  

(I'm with Haus Lending and this is our bread and butter in what we lend, and it's industry standard today for most lenders to require atleast 680 credit on rentals).

@Victor Tatyanin The Tech 16 area is coming along and they opened Guggman Haus Brewery over there this summer. 

Depending on how far you are looking to travel, there is a meetup in Belmar at the Beach Haus Brewery and one in Toms River at Water Street Bar and Grill.
