A 99-acre, mixed-use development in east Kyle is moving forward with a new developer, ATX Capital which has taken over what's now being called CityPoint Kyle — previously known as "Project Sahara".

Having skin in the game is better than having no skin in the game.

Now, don't get me wrong, we haven't ditched extensive renovations and new developments.

Development is about 20 blocks away but moving quickly.

My 3rd project was a ground new construction project in the Chicago Bucktown neighborhood.I'd highly suggest getting in touch with some active developers and spending as much time with them as possible. 

After you've been in the real estate game for awhile, the most obvious thing in the world is that it's a dirty business filled with nothing but sharks.
