We knew it would be an easy switch to NG later on (and in fact, we just made the switch, 4 years later).

You'd have to look at proximity to panels, metering, etc there too as you'd have some load (copper wires) to likely pull.It typically costs a lot more to heat using electricity vs NG, so I guess you'd be passing that along to the tenants?

Just FYI, the funding fee varies with where you earned your entitlement (reserve/NG, vs active) and if you have any VA disability (10% and there is no funding fee).
