No I would not rent to someone with that many prior evictions even if they offered to pay double

The thorn in my side is the various offerings out there, it seems each does some aspects really great, others ok, and some not at all.

That said, smaller community banks or credit unions can sometimes offer better customer service and faster loan decisions — especially for investors doing multiple projects or house hacks.

Should a wholesaler have proof of funds letter and an offer letter or is the purchase and assignment contract good enough?
