Jessica a whopping 2 post when people on BP attach someone like Linda its always because of some ulterior motive or a shill of just plain spite so anyone reading this should disregard Jessica's comments as not being valid etc..

Over the last decade on here people have post after post of buying these types of properties but never come back to give long term success stories with them ( promoters with self interests excluded and shills for them).5 to 6 years ago you could buy A to B locations in that pricing and it made sense because of equity and rent growth upside.

Then do so because you shilling.

Or for you to do some panic shilling. 

Bill Gulley has gotten value.. and he is a good contributor to BP so we know he is not a shill for anyone like others that post on here... at the least it gave him the momentum and basics to get into the business. 

I swear Hostaway just has a google alert setup for their name being mentioned and a team of people overseas that go just make fake shill posts about it any time they get an alert. 

(By the way, anytime anyone says anything negative about POL, the shill  from their advisory board comes on here and insults everybody.

I can only conclude that the people arguing for rent control are simply corporate shills willing to protect multi-billion dollar corporations like the Jewel grocery chain, while hammering much smaller landlords.

When you are capable of a coherent thought, you sound like a shill for rent control.
