Hi Everyone,I bought a condo on the beach in LA in 2009 for $545k, have since put in about $10k in renovations, and have the opportunity to sell it now for about $675k (after having lived in it for almost four years).

It's also hard to call if RE prices will fall - but I feel comfortable saying with a pretty high degree of certainty that RE appreciation will at least decelerate in CA, the Bay Area, (and LA!)

@Laine Furukawa if this is going to trustee sale. you will have to have cash there in form of cashiers cheque.. then once you get your trustee's deed you can do your refinance.
