Might have put their house to close to the window though because sometimes they make a racket late summer evenings.

It's a racket that I think core logic developed to charge lenders.

Don’t worry about the wildlife, just make a lot of racket as you enter the property wait a few minutes to give the wildlife a chance to run and hide and then go in and take your pictures

Must be some racket they have going on over there (some of the turnkey  providers anyways...)

It's the racket of our generation, and "our" government has played into the hands of the racketeers, instead of working for us.

If you want to beat the landlording racket, don't be a landlord anymore. :) I still have some rental properties, but I have been switching over to seller financing for the last several years.

The handyman business there is a racket and the guys are busy nonstop, I called about 10 guys an only 2 could show up the same day or within a 2 day period.I am going to be using strict calculations to account for all the things you mentioned. 

(or live there for the required time as a va, but you can't keep doing that every 2 yrs say, without them thinking you are running a racket)  Would you be able to invest without selling? 

I love the business, I love selling, I love working with people, but I just didn't get into this racket with enough startup capital.
