You pay for concert tickets to sit so far away from someone just singing a song you can hear for free on the radio...

You Might actually need to get a night job to go with their day job just to pay for repairs etc on their rentals.I realize there are some people that bought right number years ago in extremely good areas that’s singing the how smart they are song, but that is not the case for most of the landlords I have witnessed.

I’m not in any way paid by them but I sing their praises all the time.

I just checked my zoning and it just comes up as “SINGL” I assumed it would be RS-3 since the lot is 25X125 and the area is mostly RS-3 Zoning lots.

Is there a contract that must be singed?
